About

Archive 80 is run by us - Sophia and Charlotte - two friends brought together by a shared love of vintage and a belief that clothing deserves to be worn, cared for, and kept in circulation for as long as possible.

What started as a passion for finding beautiful, well-made pieces slowly became something more. As we began building Archive 80, we realised we didn’t just want to sell vintage - we wanted to create a space that encourages people to slow down and reconnect with what they wear.

We believe clothing should be chosen thoughtfully and appreciated for its craftsmanship, character, and longevity. When we value our clothes, we naturally consume less and care more - and that small shift can make a real difference in an industry often driven by speed and excess.

We travel across Europe - including Belgium, France, and Italy - to source our pieces, handpicking garments for their individuality and quality. Every item we sell is one of one. We share detailed information on sizing, fit, materials, and condition so you can shop confidently and know exactly what you’re bringing into your wardrobe.

Alongside our collections, we open up conversations about the wider fashion industry - the systems behind it, the people within it, and the choices we all make as consumers. For us, clothing is never just clothing. It carries stories, skill, labour, and history. By opening these conversations, we add depth and meaning to the clothes we choose to wear.

Archive 80 is our way of celebrating that and a way of keeping pieces in circulation.

Whether you’re here to browse or to find something special, we hope you leave feeling inspired, informed, and empowered to choose with intention.
