Order Policies 

All Orders Are Final

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined. Please check your details carefully before completing checkout. 

 

Dispatch & Delivery

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We always aim to dispatch quickly, but delays may occur due to customs or courier issues beyond our control. 

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the orginal payment method used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different account or payment option. 



Returns 

Eligibility

You have 14 days to make a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in original condition to when they were sent out. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, worn or in unacceptable condition.  

 

How To Return

To process a return request, please email: support@archive80.co.uk with the subject “RETURN” and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund for the product only (excluding shipping). 

 

Proof Of Postage

Please keep your proof of postage and use a tracked service. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. 

 

Care Responsibly

We can’t accept responsibility for damage caused by not following wash or care instructions. As the pieces we sell are vintage, some items may not contain care or wash instructions. If you are unsure on how to care for your item, please refer to our care advice page and follow our guidance there.

Due to the nature of second hand clothing some items may have minor faults and defects. We have done the best we can to check over all items and list any minor faults in the product description. If we have sewn / fixed any minor defects to preserve the item, this will also be mentioned. If the fault you find is listed in the description of the item, we will not accept returns.

 

Delivery Address 

Ensure your address is correct and secure. We are not able to redirect parcels once shipped. 

 

Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. It is your responsibility to track your parcel.
